Terranova West

Terranova West subdivision Located between Louetta and Cypresswood on the edge of the Cypress Creek Cultural District sits the established, wooded subdivision of approximately 620 homes known as Terranova West.

The subdivision’s already convenient access to shopping, dining, entertainment, and major roads, is about to get even better with the completion of the connection of T.C. Jester to FM 1960.

Projected to be open in the Spring of 2009, T.C. Jester will connect FM 1960 to Louetta providing another badly needed North – South route through Spring Texas.

In May of 2008, the community amenities significantly increased with the opening of a new private park.

map of Terranova WestThe park located at the T.C. Jester and Cypresswood intersection is owned by the Terranova West MUD and is restricted to resident property owners within the MUD’s district. The Terranova West MUD district includes the subdivisions of Terranova West, Oaks of Terranove West, Terravista, and Villa Nova.

The park’s facilities include picnic tables, BBQ pits, a t-ball diamond, walking / jogging trails, exercise stations, sand volleyball court, horseshoe pits, drinking fountains, and a soccer field. The park expands upon the original Terranova West community facilities which include a clubhouse, swimming pool with slide and wading pool, two tennis courts, playground, and basketball court.

The Terranova West swimming pool is called “home” by the “Terranova West Tidalwaves”. Swimmers 18 years and younger are eligible to join and participate in meets. The Terranova West clubhouse includes an event room with a full kitchen and is exclusively available to rent by its residents for a nominal fee of $75. With the addition of the new community amenities, the annual HOA fee of $620 is comparable to other surrounding subdivisions.
